From Puch to Krispl: the Tennengau Shuttle is the perfect addition to local transport services
The Tennengau Shuttle - an innovative on-demand transport system - has been in operation since 15 December 2024 and complements the existing public transport services in the four Tennengau municipalities of Puch, Oberalm, Adnet and Krispl. This smart transport system complements the existing local transport system and takes you exactly where you want to go - without timetables or long waiting times. As a Puch resident, I am particularly pleased about this new service, which makes our region even better connected and accessible.
How the Tennengau Shuttle works
The special thing about the Tennengau Shuttle: it only runs on demand and after prior booking. Unlike a classic regular bus service, the shuttle only runs on demand - you book your journey via app or phone, enter your start and destination and are picked up at the collection point. Perfect if you want to go somewhere outside the regular bus service, such as the Wiestal, the pilgrimage church of St. Jakob or the Waldstadion in Puch.

Comfortable, flexible and environmentally friendly travelling
Do you know the situation? You want to go somewhere, but public transport is inconvenient, it's not really worth travelling by car and you don't always feel like driving yourself? That's exactly how I felt the other day when I spontaneously wanted to go on a short hike with the children. It wasn't just going to be the same walk along the circular route on the doorstep and the car was going to stay in the garage. Normally a bit of a challenge - but suddenly very easy with the Tennengau Shuttle!
So, I opened the ‘Salzburg Verkehr Shuttle’ app, entered the start and destination, selected the desired time within 3 minutes - and poof, the confirmation arrived. Less than an hour later, the shuttle was at the selected collection point in Puch and I was able to pay for my ticket directly to the driver in cash. It couldn't be more convenient!
The app is available for both Android and iOS, making it very convenient to use for most smartphone owners.
You can download the Salzburg Transport Shuttle app directly from GOOGLE PLAY or the APP STORE here! ![APP Vorschau - Tennengau Shuttle - Google Play]()
