🌟 KIRCHENWIRT`S PUMPKIN CREAM SOUP 🌟
Today the door opens to the Hotel Gasthof Kirchenwirt, where hospitality and enjoyment are celebrated. With a love of tradition and the best ingredients, they create dishes that enrich every festive menu.
👉 As inspiration for the cold season, here is today's recipe for a delicious pumpkin cream soup:
🎃 Ingredients: Muscat pumpkin 1-2 pieces (depending on size) | soup vegetables 1 bunch | vegetable stock approx. 1.5 liters | cream | orange juice | spices & herbs such as salt, pepper, bay leaves to taste
✨ Preparation:
- Roast the nutmeg pumpkin in the oven.
- Sauté the chopped soup vegetables in a little butter & pour in the vegetable stock
- Add the roasted pumpkin without the skin.
- Bring everything to the boil.
- Finely puree the soup and season to taste with cream, salt, pepper, bay leaves and a dash of orange juice.
